How can I pay for my bag?
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Only Debit Cards backed by a Credit Card company listed above (Visa, Mastercard, etc) can be accepted. Our website features an SSL secure connection during the transaction keeping your information secure and private.
Once I’ve placed my order, how quickly will my
bag be in my hands?
We process and ship all orders within 2 business days.
Shipping typically takes 5-10 days.
What shipping options do you offer?
We like to keep things simple, so we offer just one shipping method, USPS. Shipping will take up to a week to most locations, but some locations may take up to 14 days. If you have not received your order after 14 days, you should contact our customer service department by emailing service@greeneyed.com
How much will shipping cost me?
Each bag = $2.50
How is my order packaged?
We send our bags in secured envelopes. - We will only send the order in a box/parcel if the order is substantial.
Can I track my order?
Login to your account and click on your purchase history and you will be able to see the status of your order.
Is the site secure?
Any personal information given to Greeneyed.com will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. Greeneyed.com's server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.
In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, Greeneyed.com does not store your credit card information at any time.

What is your return policy?
All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your order.
The goods must still be in their original condition (unused, undamaged and unwashed) We can provide an exchange, refund, or store credit. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on the part of GreenEyedMonster.
How do I make a return?
Email returns@greeneyed.com, to request a return authorization number and a return form. In the email please include your order number found on your packing slip or in the order confirmation email sent when the order was placed.
How long do returns take?
Returns can take 1-2 weeks for us to receive and process. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.

What are the bags made of?
100% post-consumer recylced cotton and recycled plastic bottles. Which means that they are made completely from pre-existing materials... recycling at its best!
What are the bag dimensions?
15” high, 18” wide, 4” deep
How do I wash my bag?
We recommend hand washing bags as the design colors may fade when washed in machine. However, bags can be machine washed, we suggest cold water and line drying. Bags will SHRINK if put in the dryer.
How many bags are available in any given design?
Most competitions are limited edition, featuring only 1,000 bags. Our two “standard” bags, featuring our logo and our slogan, are not limited edition and are always available.
design submissions:
How many designs can I submit?
Each designer can submit only one image per competition. Images may not be reused for more than one competition. You may participate in as many competitions as you like!
How do I know if I won?
We will contact the winning artist directly via the email address provided with the submission.
What is the difference between rating and voting?
Rating gives the design a score of 1-5, with 5 being the highest. Voting indicates HECK YEAH! you would rock a bag with this design. We realize that just because someone digs a design and gives it a high score, does not mean that s/he would want to carry that design. This is where the voting component helps us in determining what to print next.
Who owns my artistic image, me or you?
Once submitted, we ask that you not submit your image in other competitions for 60 days (See Terms and Conditions) Winning designs are copyright of their owner but belong to GreenEyedMonster. The designs that do not win belong fully to their artist. Please do not submit an image that is currently involved in any other competitions or is currently being printed.
How long do competitions last?
Typically 1 month.
How long does voting last?
Designs are rated and voted for the entirety of the competition. The earlier your design is submitted, the more feedback it may receive.
How do I submit a photo of me and my monster bag?
You must have a GreenEyedMonster profile in order to submit a photo.
Click on the PINK "Get the Goods" monster who will direct you to a section titled "Monsters in Action." Here you'll find a submission form where you can upload your photo. We review all images to make sure they are enviably safe, and will post them to the site within 48 hours!
